Delete Your Account

You can delete your Vanderlust account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the Vanderlust app
2. Go to your Profile tab
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion

Delete Your Account via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by sending an email to northernlightswebas@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Delete My Account" in the subject line.

We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, bio, photos, interests, rig type)
• Your matches and chat messages
• Your feed activity, spot chat messages, and comments
• Your saved locations and routes
• Your location history

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain data for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction and billing records (up to 12 months)
• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
