You retain ownership of content you post on Vanderlust (photos, text, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Safety & Community

Vanderlust is a community built on trust and respect. We expect all users to treat each other with kindness. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards.

When meeting other users in person, always prioritize your safety. Meet in public places and let someone know your plans.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vanderlust name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our App without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Vanderlust is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be available at all times without interruption
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• The behavior or intentions of other users you interact with

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanderlust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
