Child Safety Standards

Vanderlust is committed to the safety and protection of all users, particularly minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.

Age Requirement

Vanderlust is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our services. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or any attempt to exploit minors
• Any communication that sexualizes minors
• Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation

Detection and Enforcement

We take the following measures to enforce our child safety standards:

• User-generated content and profiles are subject to review and moderation
• Users can report suspicious or harmful behavior directly within the app
• Reported content is reviewed promptly and removed if it violates our policies
• Accounts found in violation are permanently banned without notice

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on Vanderlust that exploits or endangers children, please take the following steps:

• In-app: Use the report function on the user's profile or content
• Email: Contact us at northernlightswebas@gmail.com with details of the violation
• Authorities: If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement. You can also report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Cooperation with Authorities

Vanderlust will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. We will preserve and disclose relevant account information and content as required by law.
